Job Description

We are looking for a driven Restaurant Manager to join our pre-opening team for an exciting new high-end restaurant launch and be a part of Ethiopia's celebrated hospitality brand. As a Restaurant Manager you are responsible for operating the Restaurant with a strong focus on operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance of the venue.

Please note the position is for Ethiopia(East Africa).

Responsibilities :
- A strong focus upon pre-opening process including departmental SOPs, training plan, inventory management etc.
- Oversee customer service, front and back of house
- Plan and execute food and beverage operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Maximize restaurant demand with strategic marketing
- Develop a loyal client base and drive revenue
- Manage operating costs and payroll
- Ensure operational standards, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality
- Implement cost control measures
- Assist with the creation and execution of the restaurant Budget and forecast.

- Ensure that expenses and requisitions are in line with budget and forecast.
- Monitor key performance metrics
- Cultivate guest, supplier, and partner relationships
- Foster teamwork and continuous improvement
- Train, evaluate, and schedule colleagues

Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position in a high-end restaurant. QSR environment experience shall also be considered.

- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, training, and coaching skills

- Smart appearance and excellent hygiene standards
- Passion for service, creativity, and exceptional interpersonal, management, and organizational skills.
