• Team Management :
• Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, delivery drivers, and front-of-house employees.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Operational Efficiency :
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency in food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Optimize kitchen workflow and implement process improvements.
• Customer Service :
• Ensure high standards of customer service in-store, over the phone, and during deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Train staff on customer service best practices.
• Quality Control :
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared according to company recipes and standards.
• Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks.
• Address any quality issues immediately.
• Financial Management :
• Assist in managing the pizzeria's budget and financial records.
• Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management.
• Health and Safety Compliance :
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues.
• Train staff on health and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Marketing and Promotion :
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Promote special offers and new menu items.
• Engage with customers through social media and other channels.
• Organize events and promotions to drive sales.
• Reporting and Communication :
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of incidents, maintenance, and inventory.
• Ensure clear communication among team members.
