Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
Train, supervise, and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Create and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure customer retention.
Requirements
Proven work experience of 5-6 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
