- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
- Foster a positive working environment.
- Monitor financial transactions and manage the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Plan and oversee special promotions and events.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan and update the menu.
- Ensure menu items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor food trends and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Certifications in food safety and restaurant management are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
