Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food brand restaurants, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service issues, and hiring and training new staff. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for overseeing kitchen and food & beverage operations, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in managing and hiring staff Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations Ability to manage inventory levels and monitor costs Knowledge of health and safety regulations Experience in the food industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
