Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations\xc2\xb7 Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction\xc2\xb7 Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints\xc2\xb7 Regularly review product quality and research new vendors\xc2\xb7 Organize and supervise shifts\xc2\xb7 Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity\xc2\xb7 Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations\xc2\xb7 Manage restaurants good image and suggest ways to improve it\xc2\xb7 Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste\xc2\xb7 Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses\xc2\xb7 Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events\xc2\xb7 Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)\xc2\xb7 Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices\xc2\xb7 Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.\xc2\xb7 check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.\xc2\xb7 comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements.Requirements
- Proven minimum 02 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Should be presentable and well versed in spoken English
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration; hospitality management
- Rotational shift
