Responsibilities: Cash Handling: Accurately processes cash transactions, including receiving payments, giving change, and issuing receipts. Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions, ensuring proper documentation of financial data. POS Operation: Effectively operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to facilitate smooth transactions. Balancing Cash Drawers: Regularly balance cash drawers to ensure accuracy and accountability. End-of-Day Procedures: Conduct end-of-day procedures, including reconciling cash and preparing detailed reports. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products and services to assist customers with inquiries and provide valuable information.Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements. Skills: Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
