Job Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager for the Hot Food Counter, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales, implementing customer-focused menus, and ensuring operational excellence in hygiene, safety, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Optimize inventory management to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and implement effective promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Trend Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze customer trends and preferences related to food offerings.
  • Regularly interact with customers to gather feedback and insights.
  • Utilize market research to identify emerging trends and adapt the menu accordingly.
  • Menu Development:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create a dynamic menu that aligns with customer preferences and trends.
  • Introduce new and innovative food items based on market trends and customer demands.
  • Ensure menu consistency and quality control.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated and customer-focused team.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Hygiene and Safety Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Address customer feedback promptly, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Train and empower the team to provide outstanding service.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and small operational units.
  • Strong sales and revenue growth experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement successful customer-driven menu strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Education:
