You will deliver a high quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Role & Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations \xef\x82\xb7 Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction \xef\x82\xb7 Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints \xef\x82\xb7 Regularly review product quality and research new vendors \xef\x82\xb7 Organize and supervise shifts \xef\x82\xb7 Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity \xef\x82\xb7 Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations \xef\x82\xb7 Manage restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s good image and suggest ways to improve it \xef\x82\xb7 Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste \xef\x82\xb7 Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses \xef\x82\xb7 Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events \xef\x82\xb7 Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices \xef\x82\xb7 Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Requirements \xef\x83\xbc Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role \xef\x83\xbc Proven customer service experience as a manager \xef\x83\xbc Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff \xef\x83\xbc Familiarity with restaurant management software, \xef\x83\xbc Strong leadership, motivational and people skills \xef\x83\xbc Acute financial management skills \xef\x83\xbc BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus Interested candidate may send their resume at hr.bharatbaklava@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8885758111/9550834317 Salary-As per market standard NOTE : If it is not relevant to you request you to share it with the relevant people are forwarded to relevant groups.
