Responsible for Airport passes, Biometric Passes & Documentation.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Store.\xc2\xb7 Manage Inventory Level to ensure adequate stock Availability.\xc2\xb7 Daily Inventory & Stock Requirement for Outlets to be shared with Reconciliation & varianceExplanation.\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular stock audits & Implement measures to prevent shrinkage.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that customers receive exceptional service at all times.\xc2\xb7 Address customer inquiries & resolve any issues or Complaints promptly.\xc2\xb7 Oversee day to day operations & ensure compliance with company policies & Procedures.\xc2\xb7 Recruit, Train & Supervise Kiosk Staff.\xc2\xb7 Set Sales targets develop strategies to achieve them.\xc2\xb7 Cash Banking, UPI & all Settlements to be done properly\xc2\xb7 Upsell & Suggestive SellingRequirements:-- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a kiosk or small format store.- Sound knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques and inventory management.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.- Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team-Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsRequirementsShoulld Have working experince in QSR or Fine dining restourent operation
