Company Description Brahmi Resort is a luxury resort based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organizing events. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in hiring and managing staff Knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as safety and sanitation regulations Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards Additional qualifications that would be beneficial: Knowledge of local and national licensing and compliance regulations related to the restaurant industry Proven experience in the hospitality industry Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
