Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures. Understand company Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all staff follows directions. Taking utmost care of Dine-in, Take Away & Home delivery orders & ensure zero missed orders while also maintaining service standards. Prepare daily duty roaster for the service team in-coordination with captains. Ensure hygiene & cleanliness is maintained at all times. Monitor opportunities to reduce wastage Monitor opportunities to reduce overall cost Ensure proper functioning & maintenance of restaurant equipment through regular preventive maintenance. Resolve Team member conflicts and ensure employee engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Restaurant manager: 5 years (Preferred)
