Job description
The Restaurant Leasing and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the leasing of food court spaces to potential vendors and the marketing of the food court to increase foot traffic and vendor success. This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leasing, or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for the food and beverage industry.
Leasing Activities:
• Ensuring that all outlets are leased at all times
• Generating leads for leasing via online portals and social media
• Generating leads by placing posters in the food court
• Self Generating leads from your contacts.
Billing Activity:
• Responsible for the centralized billing system.
• Understand the current software and all reports generated by the software
• Teach cashiers regarding the software system. Create a PPT showing the steps for billing.
• Smooth and systematic settlement of daily sales for each outlet in the morning and at night.
• Ensure that there is change(petty cash) for in both counters. Responsible for petty cash.
Marketing Activity:
• Actively engage with the lessees and try to promote their food with fliers etc..
• Responsible for increasing the lessess sale by assisting them in marketing.
• Giving ideas for promoting the entire food court.
• Increasing Sunday sales of the food court by giving ideas etc and implementing them if approved.
• Changing marketing content in all marketing standees.. Engaging with all lessees for this.
• Actively engage in getting creatives / making creatives for promotional purpose.
Invoicing Activity:
• Generating invoices every month for each lessee
• Keeping a check on the gas, electricity and water for each outlet. Tracking daily consumption.
• Liasoning with kapil property management for any issue related to the food courts upkeep.
Housekeeping:
• Ensuring that the food court is clean and neat.
• Actively engaging with the housekeeping team for cleanliness.
