Job Summary Manages daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Responsibilities and Duties

• Take food and beverage orders correctly
• Inspect the table layouts in the station ensuring that they meet the standards
• Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.
• Create a positive team atmosphere among team members and provide coaching to the team regularly.
• Set high standards in operations and maintenance of the restaurant and ensure quality in food presentation and food-handling procedures.
• Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
• Handle and respond to customer queries and complaints in restaurants.
• Maintain budget and employee records; overlook purchase of stock and supplies, monitor operating costs.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
• Ensure proper billing and cash recovery, total receipts and balance against sales, deposit daily sales and maintain proper records of it.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years in related field after hotel management.

• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Proficiency in English language, knowledge of local languages preferred
• Guest handling skills.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Personable and well groomed.
• Adequate Knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Computer skills - basic.
• Training skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 910,000.00 per month Benefits:
