: As a Restaurant Host at Mum's Kitchen, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience. This role is perfect for freshers and those looking to start a rewarding career in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service
• Provide information about the menu and daily specials
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Taking orders
• Bartending

Requirements:

• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 80 per week
