Restaurant Hostess
Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, presentable, and professional hostess to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English and a warm personality to make our guests feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide menus and assist guests with their seating preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Address guest queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate with the service team to manage table turnovers.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Telugu and basic communication skills in English.
• A pleasing personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
