We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring each guest has an excellent start to their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and bid them farewell with a smile.
• Manage reservations and efficiently seat guests in accordance with their preferences and table availability.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date seating chart.
• Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
• Assist with managing the waitlist during busy hours.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, approachable attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
