: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Location: SATTVA KNOWLEDGE CITY, Sy.no, 83/1, beside T-Hub, Hyderabad

Salary: ?18,000 - ?20,000 + Service Points

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction:

Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Build rapport with regular guests and ensure personalized service.

Reservations and Seating:

Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.

Coordinate with the team to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions.

Service Coordination:

Liaise between guests and the service/kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

Feedback Management:

Collect and record guest feedback, sharing insights with the management team.

Recommend improvements based on guest feedback to enhance the dining experience.

Ambiance and Standards:

Ensure the restaurant maintains a welcoming and presentable environment.

Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of the guest areas.

Upselling:

Promote daily specials, events, and menu highlights to guests.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a GRE or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills.
