#### Key Responsibilities:

1. •Operational Management:•

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage restaurant supplies and inventory.

2. •Staff Management:•

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.

- Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.

- Foster a positive work environment and address any staff issues.

3. •Customer Service:•

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns promptly.

- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure high standards of hospitality.

4. •Financial Management:•

- Monitor and manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.

- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.

- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

5. •Menu Development:•

- Work with chefs to develop and update the menu, focusing on authentic South Indian cuisine.
