Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEnsure all employees maintain required food handling and sanitation certifications and practicesEnsure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all front of house and back of house teamsAudit inventory levels of ready products on display to ensure availabilityKeep a daily check on ingredient/ packaging stock and order supplies as needed from vendorsTake ownership of guest concerns & requests.
