Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure all employees maintain required food handling and sanitation certifications and practices \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all front of house and back of house teams \xe2\x80\xa2Audit inventory levels of ready products on display to ensure availability \xe2\x80\xa2Keep a daily check on ingredient/ packaging stock and order supplies as needed from vendors \xe2\x80\xa2Take ownership of guest concerns & requests. Resolve any issues and approve return/ replacement/ additional dessert to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur \xe2\x80\xa2Organize administrative and executive meetings at low rush hours (between 3-5pm) as per time scheduled to forecast weekly/ monthly goals and objectives \xe2\x80\xa2Resolve any workplace conflicts between any team member - front/back of house effectively.
