Greet guests with warmth and escort them to their tablesEnsures high quality of guest service, is visible & actively participates in service, assist in taking & serving ordersEnsuring customer dining area is spotless at all times, esp during prime rush hoursDinnerware & cutlery are in their designated areas for serviceOversee the Billing for all orders, sending KoTs to kitchen/bar as soon as order is received from guests. Run the billing system till the cashiers shift startEngage in guest interaction in an appropriate manner, create personalized experiences, establishes a network of regular guests and keep accurate recordsMust have good experience and knowledge about Bar drinks/Continental & Italian cuisine/ Pastry cafePrepare daily / weekly revenue and cost reports for managementPlan events as per the customer requirements, offer menu/ drinks advice when asked and co-ordinate all planned events with kitchen, service and management teamsFollow company policies and procedure regarding handling of cash, property, products and equipmentOversee team performance and evaluate how well employees are executing day-to-day tasks. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEnsure all employees maintain required food handling and sanitation certifications and practicesEnsure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all front of house and back of house teamsAudit inventory levels of ready products on display to ensure availabilityKeep a daily check on ingredient/ packaging stock and order supplies as needed from vendorsTake ownership of guest concerns & requests. Resolve any issues and approve return/ replacement/ additional dessert to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occurOrganize administrative and executive meetings at low rush hours (between 3-5pm) as per time scheduled to forecast weekly/ monthly goals and objectivesResolve any workplace conflicts between any team member - front/back of house effectively. Mediate any problems to ensure that staff cooperate and create the best experience for guests possibleEnsure that all equipment and tools are in good working order and maintained properlyPerform closing procedures at the end of the day as instructed by managementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per monthSchedule:
