• Customer Interaction
• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Answer questions about the menu, pricing, and restaurant policies.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Transaction Processing
• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payment transactions.
• Handle refunds, voids, and discounts as per company policies.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Order Management
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are sent to the kitchen.
• Confirm and package takeout or delivery orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to resolve any order issues.
• Customer Service
• Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction during the dining experience.
• General Duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Restock supplies such as receipt paper, utensils, or takeout bags.
• Assist in inventory checks and reporting as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience : Prior experience in a customer-facing or cashier role is a plus.
• Skills :
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Work Environment
• Standing for extended periods during shifts.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
