Job Title: Restaurant Cashier

About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong cash handling abilities, and a positive attitude. This role involves a variety of tasks, including processing customer payments, managing the cash register, and ensuring accurate order entry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, payments, and restaurant policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with other tasks as needed during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
• Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong cash handling and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
