Job Title: Restaurant Cashier : The Restaurant Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. This role involves a variety of tasks, including:
- Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, give correct change, and balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter, answer their questions, take orders, and provide information on menu items.
- Order Management: Ensure that orders are accurate and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and the restaurant.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service to guests.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to handle money accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Cash handling: 3 years (Required)
