Job Summary:
We are hiring a friendly and efficient Restaurant Cashier to manage transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support restaurant operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments using the POS system.
• Greet customers and assist with menu inquiries and orders.
• Ensure accurate billing and maintain daily cash reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and follow hygiene standards.
• Promote ongoing offers and upsell menu items.
• Provide backup support during peak hours or staff shortages.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
