Candidate must be Young and Dynamic Character. Should have knowledge about Restaurant & Kitchen Handling, Groceries purchase, food serving, storage, staff food, customer handling, prefer to have graduation in any field, plus two also acceptable. must have Pleasant personality, Neat Dressing, We prefer candidates with Hotel Management Certificates (Diploma or Degree). He should be ready to work under pressure. He must be able to speak and understand Malayalam language.
