Job Description

A restaurant captain, also known as a service captain, manages the dining experience for guests in a restaurant. Their responsibilities include:

• Customer service : Greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring that requests are handled promptly
• Food and beverage : Serving food and drinks, explaining menu items, and making recommendations
• Team management : Training and supervising servers and other staff, and organizing their duty roster.
