: Restaurant Captain
Location: Sattva Knowledge City, beside T-Hub, Hyderabad
Salary: ?20,000 (in-hand) + Service Points

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Assist guests in menu selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and special requests with efficiency and care.
Team Management:
Supervise and support the service staff, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
Assign and monitor tasks for waitstaff and ensure they adhere to service standards.
Provide on-the-job training for new team members.
Order Management:
Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Operational Duties:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Ensure table setups are in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
Assist in inventory checks for dining essentials and report shortages.
Upselling:
Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance revenue.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role for at least 1 year.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
