Job Description

We want team leaders who oversees the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. They are responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience, managing staff, and coordinating with the kitchen.

Responsibilities-

Guest relations

: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and inquiries, and providing exceptional service

Staff management

: Supervise and train staff, and delegate tasks effectively

Service quality

: Manage the waiting staff, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure service efficiency

Team leadership

: Lead a team of front and back waiters, servers, and bus people

Performance evaluations

: Conduct performance evaluations for restaurant staff

Inventory management

: Manage inventory and order supplies when necessary

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Skills Required-
