Must be a hotel management graduate with 2 years experience in F&B in restaurant
Preferably make candidate between 19 yrs to 24 yrs age with good communication skill and pleasing personality
Must know local language Tamil and English
Knowledge of continental cuisine and beverage making skills and Coffee making skills
Shared Accomodation will be provided
Should know how to serve Food course by course and per standard operating procedure
should be able to handle customer complaints with politeness and be critical thinking in decision making
Candidate should be able to know the full menu by ingredient and description to explain the guest
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, glass, coffee counter etc. throughout the shift.
Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements accordingly.
