Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Coordinate and oversee the flow of service to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
  • Train and mentor staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Create and manage schedules for front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise during service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to enhance overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
