Captain Responsibilities
• •Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure smooth service.•
• •Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints.•
• •Oversee table setup, food presentation, and service quality.•
• •Manage inventory and requisition supplies.•
• •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.•
• •Train and motivate staff to achieve high performance.•
