• Customer service : Ensuring guest satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
• Staff management : Training, supervising, and mentoring restaurant staff
• Kitchen coordination : Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Inventory : Managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
• Cleanliness : Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
• Guest interaction : Interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience
• Menu knowledge : Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and offerings, and being able to answer any questions that guests may have
• Health and safety : Ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations
