Menu and service: Being familiar with the menu and service procedures, and ensuring the restaurant is set up for service
Staff management: Training staff, ensuring they are groomed and appear professional, and handling team member relations
Operations: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and ensuring equipment is in good working order
Supplies: Planning and controlling supplies to ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage
Revenue: Using up-selling techniques to increase revenue
Feedback: Encouraging feedback from guests and making suggestions to management
Billing: Presenting guests with their check and following all billing procedures
