1.Supervise F and B Operations.
2.Guide stewards for a smooth functioning of the outlet.
3.Should have a good food knowledge especially of the outlet menu.
4.Must have good Communication skills and able to handle guests properly .
5.Attain to guest complaints and solve.6.In absence of Manager must carry out his operational duties especially liasson with kitchen.
7.Carry out small group briefings as and when required.
8.Must be computer literate and able to handle software.
9.Responsible in maintaining inventory\xef\xbf\xbdof\xef\xbf\xbdthe\xef\xbf\xbdoutlet. Experience 2 - 8 Years
Salary 1 Lac 50 Thousand To 2 Lac P.A.
