- Taking orders, serving food and beverages
- Present menu and answer queries
- Handle bills and ensure customers satisfaction
- Answering any questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu
- Serving food and beverages to customers, if required
- Timing different dishes effectively to maximize the dining experience
- Addressing any customers complaints or requests
- Inspecting the hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant premises
- Communication skills.
- Memory and attention to detail
- Multitasking
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel
