Role: Restaurant Captain The restaurant captain is responsible for customer satisfaction and providing flawless service to customers focusing on each selected tables.   • Taking orders, serving food and beverages
  • Present menu and answer queries
  • Handle bills and ensure customers satisfaction
  • Answering any questions about the ingredients of a dish on the menu
  • Serving food and beverages to customers, if required
  • Timing different dishes effectively to maximize the dining experience
  • Addressing any customers complaints or requests
  • Inspecting the hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant premises
Skills Required:
  • Communication skills.
  • Memory and attention to detail
  • Multitasking
Knowledge Required:
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • MS Excel
Languages: Kannada, English and Hindi Qualification: PUC or Graduate Experience: Any (Freshers can also apply) Job Type: Full-time Pay: 14,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Schedule:
