Role & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring that all items are presented to a high standard.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive work environment.
• Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments as required.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock control and inventory management, ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
