WE ARE HIRING Designation : - Restaurant Captain Location - Kolkata West Bengal Salary : 20,000 to 22,000 Per Month. + Food And Accommodation Education - Diploma or Degree in hotel management Experience -
  • Total Experience - 5 Years in Hospitality industry
  • Minimum Experience - 2 to 3 Years as a Restaurant Captain / Sr. Steward
Eligibility - Only Male : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure the highest level of service delivery to our guests. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the dining room staff, maintaining service standards, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our patrons. Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations:
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure their comfort throughout their dining experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring prompt and attentive service.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the guest\'s satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision and Training:
  • Supervise and mentor dining room staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate service expectations, menu updates, and special instructions to the team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge of service standards.
  • Service Coordination:
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor dining room activity and allocate staff resources effectively to maintain smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Assist in expediting orders during peak hours and ensure proper table turnover to maximize seating capacity.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining room and guest areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation standards.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation, addressing any issues with kitchen or bar staff as needed.
  • Uphold restaurant standards for table settings, d\xc3\xa9cor, and ambiance to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
REQUIRMENTS:
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine service and menu pairing.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Language: English, Hindi
