Job Description

A restaurant captain, also known as a food and beverage captain, manages the dining experience for guests. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, food quality, and service.

Responsibilities:



Customer service

: Greet guests, answer questions, and address complaints

Food and beverage

: Monitor food and beverage quality, and ensure service meets guest needs

Staff management

: Train and manage restaurant staff

Kitchen coordination

: Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Feedback

: Collect and analyze feedback from guests to improve service

Menu knowledge

: Explain menu items, offer recommendations, and answer questions

Service timing

: Time dishes to maximize the dining experience

Billing

: Present the final bill to guests

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
