URGENT REQUIREMENT!
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring that all reservations are honored and that guests are comfortable.
• Supervise and lead waitstaff, providing training and guidance on proper service techniques, etiquette, and restaurant policies.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor the performance of the service team and provide feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Ensure that guests are properly attended to, and their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and professionally.
• Assist in managing staff schedules and handle any issues related to shift coordination.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably as a Captain or Supervisor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education:
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
