•Organization: • •The Organisation• •Harley's Fine Baking , is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.•

•Designation : Captain / Sr. Team Member•

•Experience: • •Candidates with minimum• •1+ year • •of experience in a supervisory or senior team member role, preferably in a bakery, patisserie, or cafe setting.•

•Qualification: • •High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.•

•Maximum Salary: • •Upto INR 25,000/- per month ( as per experience and expertise ) + Other facilities•

•Job Role: • •The Captain / Sr. Team Member will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team in providing a delightful experience for all guests. This role will also involve assisting the Store Manager with inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.•

•Responsibilities : •

•1. Lead, motivate, and train team members to provide exceptional customer service.•

•2. Ensure that all team members adhere to the company's standard operating procedures.•

•3. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and providing product recommendations.•

•4. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.•

•5. Oversee the order-taking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.•

•6. Assist in preparing and serving cakes, pastries, and beverages to maintain product quality and presentation.•

•7. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.•

•8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.•

•9. Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling products to meet daily targets.•

•10. Provide input on promotional activities and new product launches to attract more customers.•

•11. Conduct regular training sessions for new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.•

•12. Encourage continuous learning and skill development within the team.•

•13. Prepare daily sales and inventory reports for the Store Manager.•

•14. Coordinate with the Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and other operational requirements.•

•Required Skills : •

•2. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.•

•3. Proven track record in providing top-notch customer service.•

•4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.•

•6. Ability to identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations.•

•Desired Skills: •

•1. Previous experience in the bakery or patisserie sector.•

•2. Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.•

•3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.•

•4. Conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints and team issues.•
