Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth table service. Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt and personalized service. Guide and support waitstaff in delivering consistent and courteous service. Upsell menu items with a clear understanding of ingredients, health benefits, and dietary preferences. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely service. Monitor cleanliness, table settings, and overall ambience. Assist with training and onboarding of new service staff. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
