We are seeking a skilled and motivated Captain to join our team at [Restaurant Name]. The Captain will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room and service staff.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth seating arrangements.
• Take and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Supervise waitstaff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings.
• Manage reservations and assist in optimizing the flow of service.
• Maintain communication with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Captain or in a supervisory restaurant role.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
