Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional hospitality that reflects the standards of a luxury resort in Ahmedabad .
• Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide detailed information about the menu and specials.
• Monitor service standards, food presentation, and table setup to maintain the restaurant's premium quality.
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in training and developing the service staff to maintain excellence in hospitality.
• Monitor inventory levels of restaurant supplies and coordinate with the management team for replenishments.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per resort policies.
• Support the manager in planning and executing events, promotions, and special menus to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort in Gujarat .
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, along with menu and wine pairing expertise.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
