As a Captain/Steward in our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will oversee the dining experience, ensuring that each guest feels welcome and valued. Your responsibilities will include:
• Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism. Address their needs promptly and courteously.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance and support to the team.
• Order Management: Take and manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service and presentation throughout the dining area. Monitor tables and guest satisfaction.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members on service standards and best practices.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
