Mann Hospitality LLP is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Captain to lead our dining team. The Restaurant Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and manage the restaurant staff, including waiters, bartenders, and bussers.
Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Customer Service:
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Operational Management:
Coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure adequate supplies.
Quality Control:
Oversee the presentation and quality of food and beverages served to guests.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
Financial Management:
Assist in managing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Handle cash transactions, billing, and reconciliation of sales.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the restaurant.
