Restaurant Captain
Job Description
Urgent need of an experienced captain in a cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome customers as they arrive, guide them to their table, and provide menus.
• Take Orders: Listen to customer preferences, answer menu questions, and take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve Food and Drinks: Deliver food and beverages to the correct table in a timely manner.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Check on customers throughout their meal, respond to requests, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean, including wiping down tables, clearing away dirty dishes, and resetting tables
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with customers, kitchen staff, and fellow servers.
• Customer Service: A friendly, helpful, and attentive attitude is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
