Resource Mobilizing Officer (fund Collection)
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Fluency in English and local language. Willingness to travel with team within specified area/places
? Maintain an understanding of programs, campaigns, and causes, to be able to talk convincingly to potential supporters about the organization's work and ensure team members do the same and monitor the individual fundraiser's day-to-day performance, give feedback and provide motivational reinforcement to achieve the target.
? Effectively and clearly communicate objectives to people and the prospective supporters
? Be responsible for achieving supporter acquisition targets set
? Any other responsibilities as assigned
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

• Performance bonus
