Resource Mobilization Associate



Key Responsibilities:



• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Contribute to both new and existing projects with a focus on open-source platforms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and shared knowledge within the team.

• Create and maintain technical documentation to support code, development processes, and project design.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Share knowledge and mentor junior developers as needed.



Requirements



• Experience:
2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on open-source platforms.

• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B-Tech Engineering, MCA, or a related field, or equivalent experience.



Technical Skill:


• Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, and Python.
• Experience in working in CodeIgniter (CI), Laravel, Django

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with open-source frameworks and libraries.
• Understanding of web technologies including Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of database systems MySQL
