Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends within the technology sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
