Can you drive drive the regional Real Estate & Facility Management(RE&FM) and ensure delivery in high quality, within service level agreement and budget?Region APC

People Resource ManagementResource Management under Construction Installation & CommissioningResponsibilities

• Ensuring Invoices are submitted / POs created for procurement of external resources.
• Updating and distributing reports relating to PO creation / Invoices booked.
• Ensuring the right POs / Invoices / Payments are followed up with Vestas Finance team and Supplier Finance team for timely invoice submission & payments.
• External resource cost estimate and pre/post analysis.
• Receive approved timesheets as back up documents for the invoices raised for manpower.
• As needed, coordinate between timesheet approver and agency on timesheet registration disconnects/issues
• Approve/reject draft invoices as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• SAP knowledge - hands-on
• Microsoft Excel

Competencies

• Ability to work under pressure to process volumes of invoices
• Good communicator
• Eye for detail
• Time management
